Once you've parked use the main entrance (the doors facing Tozer Road) and head up to the second floor following signs for Sports Medicine North/Physical Therapy North. Have a seat in the waiting area and complete the self check in process by logging onto www.bellepelvicpt.janeapp.com/checkin to mark yourself as arrived. Alternatively, if you are having any issues, feel free to let the front desk staff know that you have arrived for your appointment with Andrea Schleibaum at Belle Pelvic Physical Therapy.
